This is the “ahhh okay, NOW I get it” part. During the session, we’ll:
map your client journey step-by-step so you know exactly what happens from inquiry to offboarding
spot gaps, bottlenecks, and “why isn’t this working?” moments—and troubleshoot them in real time
make clear automation decisions (what should be automated, what should stay manual, and why)
leave you with a clean, organized path forward so you can take action immediately after we hang up
The session is recorded so you can revisit it anytime.
