Discovery calls are not required for most services.
The only services that include a discovery call are the Done-For-You Dubsado Setup, since it’s a larger, custom project, Dubsado Maintenance, and the Executive Admin Support. All other services can be booked directly.

Yes.
Many clients begin with an Audit, Troubleshooting Call, or Strategy Session and move into Done-For-You support, or Maintenance later. If you upgrade, your prior investment may be credited where applicable.
About the Services

Executive Admin Support is not limited to Dubsado users.
While many clients come to BizStreamlined for Dubsado help, Executive Admin support focuses on the day-to-day operational side of your business. That can include organization, coordination, light platform updates, client communication within agreed systems, and keeping ongoing tasks moving so nothing slips through the cracks.
If you use Dubsado, I can work inside it.
If you use another CRM or platform, I can work within that structure as well.
The goal of this service is not a specific software — it’s reducing your mental load and helping your business run smoothly.

I’m not a lawyer, and I don’t write legal contracts. I’m happy to upload contracts you already have and connect them to your workflows inside Dubsado.

How long does a Done-For-You Dubsado Setup take?
Most setups take 4–6 weeks, followed by 30 days of follow-up support.

Education is a core value at BizStreamlined. You’ll receive walkthroughs, recordings, flowcharts, and guides so you understand how your system works and feel confident using it.
