Getting Started

  • Discovery calls are not required for most services.

    The only services that include a discovery call are the Done-For-You Dubsado Setup, since it’s a larger, custom project, Dubsado Maintenance, and the Executive Admin Support. All other services can be booked directly.

  • Yes.

    Many clients begin with an Audit, Troubleshooting Call, or Strategy Session and move into Done-For-You support, or Maintenance later. If you upgrade, your prior investment may be credited where applicable.

    Services like the Account Audit, Strategy Session, Troubleshooting Call, and Maintenance are specifically designed for existing Dubsado users.

    The Strategy Session and Done-For-You Setup can both support clients who are new to Dubsado. We’ll make sure you’re set up intentionally from the start.

  • No.

    Executive Admin Support is not limited to Dubsado users.

    While many clients come to BizStreamlined for Dubsado help, Executive Admin support focuses on the day-to-day operational side of your business. That can include organization, coordination, light platform updates, client communication within agreed systems, and keeping ongoing tasks moving so nothing slips through the cracks.

    If you use Dubsado, I can work inside it.

    If you use another CRM or platform, I can work within that structure as well.

    The goal of this service is not a specific software — it’s reducing your mental load and helping your business run smoothly.

    I’m not a lawyer, and I don’t write legal contracts. I’m happy to upload contracts you already have and connect them to your workflows inside Dubsado.

  • No.

    While I can support client communication inside Dubsado as part of Maintenance or Executive Admin support, I do not provide full inbox management or email monitoring outside of agreed scope.

How long does a Done-For-You Dubsado Setup take?

Most setups take 4–6 weeks, followed by 30 days of follow-up support.

Timelines depend on:

  • number of services

  • workflow complexity

  • how quickly onboarding questionnaires are completed

Clear communication helps everything move smoothly.

What happens if I don’t complete my questionnaires on time?

Onboarding questionnaires are essential to an accurate setup.

If they’re delayed, the project timeline may be affected. I’ll always communicate clearly if something needs attention, but the speed of the setup depends on timely responses.

Education is a core value at BizStreamlined. You’ll receive walkthroughs, recordings, flowcharts, and guides so you understand how your system works and feel confident using it.

Pricing and Payment

How does pricing work?

Each service has clear, upfront pricing.

For custom services (like Done-For-You Setup or Executive Admin support), you’ll receive a tailored quote before any work begins, no surprises.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for certain services and are outlined in your proposal or booking page when applicable.

Support & Boundaries

    • DFY setups include 30 days of follow-up support, and then you are eligible for ongoing Dubsado maintenance

    • Other services can be followed by Maintenance, Troubleshooting Calls, or Strategy Sessions as needed

    You’re never locked in, but support is always available.

    It works well for businesses with one main service, straightforward processes, and minimal customization needs. Many people like it because it works quickly right out of the box.

    Dubsado is built for flexibility.

    It allows deeper automation, customized workflows, and systems that can grow as your services evolve. It requires more setup upfront, but it adapts to your business instead of limiting it.
